KYC verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document, which may include: PhilSys National ID, Philippine Passport, UMID, SSS/GSIS ID, Driver's License, PRC License, or Voter's ID. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. bmw5 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to safeguard your login details. All Account transactions on bmw5 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). bmw5 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, InstaPay, and PesoNet, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via e-wallet (GCash, Maya) are generally credited to the Account instantaneously. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day depending on the originating institution.
Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods and accounts in the Player's own name, matching the name registered on the bmw5 Account. bmw5 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of bmw5.
bmw5 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy, and in compliance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
bmw5 may share personal data with PAGCOR, law enforcement authorities, and other regulatory bodies as required by applicable Philippine law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bmw5 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
bmw5's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions or the Player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bmw5 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, and force majeure events may result in temporary Platform unavailability.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the Player's use of the bmw5 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
